The
Cider House is part of a large two storey barn that has been restored
to the highest standard with English oak flooring. Like Nutcombe Cottage
it has an open plan living/dining room and kitchen upstairs.
Down stairs has two bedrooms, the first is a double room with en-suite limestone shower/bathroom. The second can be used as an adult single room or for two sleeping in full sized 3ft bunk beds . There is an en-suite limestone shower room with French doors leading to the slate terrace over looking a cobbled and lawn courtyard.
Access can be made from lower and upper levels.

Nutcombe Cottage - Self Catering - 4 People
Nutcombe
cottage is a beautifully restored 19th century detached bank barn made
from local stone with a slate roof. The floors throughout are English
oak with comfortable rugs.
This self catering accommodation should have everything you need – including a well equipped kitchen with granite work surface, large living area and flat screen television. Nutcombe cottage has a large open plan living /dining room and kitchen upstairs with two bedrooms and a large luxury limestone shower room downstairs. Both bedrooms have French doors to a slate terrace and lawn area garden.

Nutcombe Barn - Self Catering - 6 People
Nutcombe
Barn is the largest of the three cottages, it has a large open plan
living/dining room and luxury kitchen with wonderful views from its
own Juliet balcony.
The first of the three double bedrooms is located on this floor. It has a limestone en-suite shower room. Down stairs have two large bedrooms the first with dressing room and large en-suite limestone shower room, French doors to terrace and courtyard garden. The second has an en-suite shower/bathroom with French doors to the terrace and courtyard garden. Access can be made from lower and upper levels.
There is a secret door between the Cider House and Nutcombe Barn linking the upstairs space if required. The two properties can thus be taken together with 5 en-suite bedrooms sleeping 10 in total. Please ask about multiple booking discount.
